Thank you very much for considering us as the location of your Holiday Party. I appreciate the opportunity to tell you about our beautiful ranch and the fantastic holiday party package we offer.

We try to provide everything you could possibly need in the following package. Event planner, fabulous entertainment, spacious facilities, perfect location, more provided activities, a stunning view of Grapevine Lake, terrific menus, and complete audio-visual support.

HOLIDAY PARTY PACKAGE ONE

PROVIDED SERVICES:

  • Facilities tastefully decorated.
  • Tables, chairs, and white linen tablecloths.
  • Disc Jockey and Master of Ceremonies.
  • Domestic cheese and cracker display for one hour as guests arrive.
  • Holiday Meal Buffet: Tender sliced Breast of Turkey and Carved Ham served with cranberry sauce, giblet gravy and cornbread dressing, real mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans with almonds, dinner rolls, pumpkin and pecan pie, fresh brewed coffee, iced tea, lemonade, and soft drinks
  • Unlimited soft drinks and coffee.
  • Visit from Santa Clause during the meal service.
  • Tractor pulled hay wagon rides through the woods, under the stars, singing all the way (weather permitting).

HOLIDAY PARTY PACKAGE TWO

PROVIDED SERVICES:

    Facilities tastefully decorated.
  • Tables, chairs, and white linen tablecloths.
  • Caricatures Artist for 2 hours.
  • Walk around magician for 2 hours.
  • Line dance instruction for 1 hour.
  • Mushroom caps stuffed with crabmeat.
  • Swedish Meatballs.
  • Pasta Station with Attendant: Penne, tri colored rotini, bow tie, spinach fettuccini w/Marinara and Alfredo sauces, marinated chicken, fresh garlic, chopped onions, sun dried tomatoes, garlic bread; Served on clear plastic plates and silverware.
  • Prime Rib Carving Station with Carver: Served with Caesar Salad and mini rolls.
  • Coffee, Tea, and Soft Drinks.

HOLIDAY PARTY PACKAGE THREE

PROVIDED SERVICES:

  • Facilities tastefully decorated.
  • Tables, chairs, and white linen tablecloths.
  • House Disc Jockey and Master of Ceremonies for 4 hours.
  • Caricatures Artist for two hours.
  • Lines dance instruction for one hour.
  • Walk around magician for two hours.
  • Fresh Fruit in season & Domestic Cheese Tray.
  • Caesar Salad with feta cheese and black olives.
  • Breast of Chicken and Tender Roast Beef with mushroom sauce. Served with Au gratin Potatoes, assorted vegetables, French bread, New York cheese cake for dessert.
  • Coffee, Iced Tea, and Soft Drinks.
  • Visit from Santa Clause during the meal service.
  • Tractor pulled hay wagon rides through the woods, under the stars, singing all the way (weather permitting).

HOLIDAY PACKAGE COST:

  1. PACKAGE ONE: $29.55 Per person with a $3,841.50 minimum charge plus a 20% service fee and a 8.25% sales tax.

  2. PACKAGE TWO: $40.55 Per person with a $5,271.50 minimum charge plus a 20% service fee and a 8.25% sales tax.

  3. PACKAGE THREE: $46.55 Per person with a $6,051.50 minimum charge plus a 20% service fee and a 8.25% sales tax.

MEAL SERVICE PROVIDED:

  1. Package one: Served buffet style for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Service includes disposable plates, plastic silverware packets, white on white skirted serving tables, white linen tablecloths for guest tables, utensils, chafers, iced tea, coffee, soft drinks, lemonade, dinner rolls, and food attendants based on number of guests. You can add number 2. service for an additional $5.00 per person.

  2. Package 2 and 3: Served buffet style for 1 hour and 45 minutes with real plates, glasses, silverware, and cloth napkins. Service includes skirted white on white serving tables, real plates, glasses, and silverware. Silverware wrapped in cloth napkin on guest table, white linen tablecloths, chafers, dinner rolls, iced tea, coffee, and soft drinks. Attendants based on number of guests. Add plated table service with wait staff based on number of guests for an additional $9.00 per person.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES SHEET

Please remember to add an 20% service fee and 8.25% tax to all purchases
Live 4 piece country & western band for 5 hours: $1,200.00.

Horseback riding for 5 hours: $2.50 per person with a $500.00 minimum.

Lonesome Longhorn: $150.00 per hour with a 3 hr. minimum:
Sit on Longhorn steer for pictures. $5.00 each if we take them.

Gunfight show for 2 hours: $450.00:
4 gunfighters perform a comedy old west act. Will also meet and greet guests and pose for pictures.

Saloon girls for 2 hours: $400.00:
Will meet and greet guests and provide hosting service while wearing beautiful costumes of the era. They add a touch of elegance to the atmosphere.

“Lonesome Dove”: $120.00 per hour with a $240.00 minimum:
It’s our 30 passenger boat. Take rides throughout your event on beautiful Grapevine Lake.

9 Hole Miniature Golf: $250.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

Caricatures: $150.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

Walk around magician. $150.00 per hour, 3 hour minimum:
Visits guests table during the event with his magical show.

Line dance or Square dance instruction: $150 per hr., 2 hour minimum.

THE RANCH OF LONESOME DOVE HORS D’OUVRES

Cheese tray: $4.75 per person:
With Monterey jack, cheddar, Swiss, jalapeno jack, and accompanied by crackers.

Garden Vegetable Tray: $4.25 per person:
With broccoli and cauliflower fluorites, carrots, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, served with ranch dip.

In Season Fruit Tray: $4.95 per person:
With seasonal sliced fresh fruits: Kiwi, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, honey dew, cantaloupe, watermelon, served with special sauce; Mini Beef Wellington: $6.00 per person: Served with rolls and condiments.

Coconut Chicken Tenders on skewers: $5.25 per person.

Hawaiian Chicken Tenders on skewers: $5.25 per person.

Spring Vegetable Egg Roll: $4.25 per person.

Egg Roll with Sweet and Sour Sauce: $4.25 per person.

Swedish Meatballs in sauce: $4.25 per person.

Scallops wrapped in bacon: $5.25 per person.

Fresh Shrimp Display (cocktail sauce): $8.00 per person.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OPTION:

BYOB:

You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages. However, you must have a TABC bartender to serve your alcohol. We can provide the bartender for $125.00 for 4 hours for each 100 guests. If you provide your own, we must see his/her license. We arrange for a uniformed off-duty police officer (1 per 100 guests) to be present during the event while alcohol is being served at $250.00 for the first officer and $125 for each additional officer. There is a one time charge of $250.00 to set-up the bar with your provided beverages.

We have Margarita, Daiquiri, Pina Colada frozen drink machines available for rental for $125.00 each. Frozen drink mixes cost $25.00 each and will serve approximately 47-9 oz servings each. You will provide alcohol required for the mix you want. We can also arrange to have your kegs delivered.

Cash Bar:

The Ranch can arrange a Beer, wine, and margarita cash bar through an outside vendor at your request. Assorted imported and domestic beer, three types of house wine and Margaritas-on-the-rocks. Contractor buys two (2) beverage tickets (minimum 200) for each adult attending the event at $5.00 per beverage ticket. The bar becomes a cash bar when guests are out of beverage tickets.

BARTENDER: $125.00 EACH; BAR SET-UP FEE: $150.00

**We ask that you bring beer in cans or kegs, and wine in boxes.
